There are a lot of components that go into the development of a show.  This is very important of course but without the crew there will be no show.  A lot goes into the planning and for this you would normally have a small group of students that consist of the director, stage manager, choreographer, crew leader, lighting designer, costume designer and music editor.  In Te Aroha College these jobs are normally filled by students and/or supporting teachers.  All these positions are normally taken up by one or two students and not necessarily one student per job. 

We take pride in providing our students the opportunity to step into these leadership roles and develop these skills in order to open up new areas of interest within their lives and put themselves one step ahead.
